Lasco® Bathware Appoints David McFarland as Director of Marketing
Anaheim, Calif. - Lasco® Bathware, manufacturer of the largest selection of acrylic and gelcoat soaking tubs, whirlpools, showers and combination units, has announced the appointment of
David McFarland as director of marketing.
With more than 12 years of experience in marketing, McFarland will lead Lasco's new product introductions to both the wholesale and retail markets. In addition, he will strengthen the company's strategic focus on new market opportunities, including product integration and merchandising programs. McFarland will be based out of Lasco's corporate office in Anaheim, Calif.
"We're excited to add David to our marketing team," says Fred Adams, vice president of sales and marketing for Lasco. "His leadership and extensive sales and marketing background will help drive our new strategic marketing initiatives."
McFarland most recently held the position of vice president of marketing for Playhut Inc., where he focused on the consumer market through retail distribution. Previous career highlights include positions with Ingram Micro, Inc. and Mattel, Inc. McFarland received his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles and earned his master of business administration in marketing and strategic planning from the University of California at Irvine.
