Anaheim, Calif. - Lasco Bathware, manufacturer of the largest selection of acrylic and gelcoat bath fixtures for the building, remodeling, and commercial construction markets, has announced the appointment of Mark Bolenbaugh as Vice President, Finance.

Bolenbaugh is taking over the position from Margaret Voskamp who will be retiring at the end of December. Bolenbaugh joined the company in early October and is currently working with Voskamp and team on transitioning leadership. Bolenbaugh relocated to southern California from the Detroit, Michigan area and will be based out of Lasco's corporate office in Anaheim, Calif.

Bolenbaugh came to Lasco from Trico, a manufacturer in the Industrial and Automotive business group held by Tomkins Industries. Lasco Bathware is part of Tomkins's other business group with a focus on Building Products. After eight years as Vice President of Finance for the global manufacturer of windshield wipers, Bolenbaugh left Trico for the opportunity to join Lasco. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University, a Masters in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

In addition to overseeing the entire finance and accounting departments, Bolenbaug will be very instrumental in working along side the company's leadership to realize growth objectives for Lasco.
