With design trends calling for more lavish and spacious bathing environments, Lasco is developing
several new high-end bath products that will rollout throughout 2005. “Our new products at IBS
include the Builder’s Choice Premium whirlpool/air combo series, contemporary acrylic shower
modules and a wide selection of shower doors,” says Shelly Roberts, marketing communications
manager for Lasco Bathware. “These products will enhance builders’ upgrade options while
increasing their profit margins.”
New Builder’s Choice Premium Line
Lasco’s new Builder’s Choice Premium line of bath fixtures offers high-end features with an
affordable price tag. Created from seven of the most popular Builder’s Choice tub styles, the
premium line is now equipped with a dual air bubbler and whirlpool system. The bath fixtures are
made with durable Lucite® cast acrylic and are available in a range of styles, sizes and colors.
Product design features include:
- Deck mounted designs with optional tiling flange for alcove or island installation
- Four-to-six jets for a powerful massage with an electronic control panel
- 60” and 72” long oval and rectangular designs as well as a two-person corner unit
Contemporary 90-inch Extra Tall Acrylic Shower Module
Lasco’s 90-inch tall acrylic shower module with optional steam component features sleek,
contemporary European styling with decorative contours and an easy-to-clean Lucite cast acrylic
surface. The acrylic showers are showcased with both domed (east coast application) and domeless
(west coast application) designs. Special options include a removable teak floor insert, thermostatic
valve and rejuvenating body spray system. An integral soap shelf, footrest and dome light are all
supplied as standard.
Stylish Shower Door Collection
Lasco Bathware has significantly expanded its shower door collection, enabling builders to upgrade
the look of bathrooms with numerous design options. The shower door line now includes an
extensive selection of custom-engineered bypass and swing enclosures featured in the Builder,
Designer and Euro Styling series, complementing Lasco’s tub and shower offerings in addition to
tiled-in showers and other custom designs. The collection offers both contemporary and traditional
styling with nine frame finishes and 11 glass patterns.
“We’ve created this special series to meet the diverse needs of our customers,” explains Roberts.
“Builders are able to offer their customers basic door designs as well as provide their customers with
the option to upgrade to the Designer or Euro series.”
Builder Series
The Builder Series offers the largest selection of door styles and options, providing builders with
exceptional value and versatility. The enclosures include tub and shower height bypass doors and
swing doors available in multiple fixed-panel configurations. Highly buffed, premium weight
aluminum framing adds to the solid door construction.
Designer Series
Lasco’s Designer Series features tub height bypass shower doors with double-faced framing
available in two profile shapes – a smoothly contoured surface and a contoured surface with a
raised accent ridge. Both profiles can transform any bath décor with their distinctive lines and lavish
appearance.
Euro Styling I & II Series
Drawing from European design and innovation, Lasco’s Euro Styling Series has a clean, modern
appearance. Available in bypass and swing styles, these elegant quarter-inch-thick frameless shower
doors have an upscale look.
